Terms of Service

ZenithCMS provides a hosted control panel and player portal for Lineage 2 private servers. The Service connects to a Lineage 2 (L2J) database that you operate and control. We do not provide, host, or operate the game server itself.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' data;
• Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the Service without our written consent;
• Use the Service to distribute malware or conduct attacks;
• Infringe the intellectual-property rights of NCSOFT or any third party.

You are solely responsible for your game server, its database, the items and currency you sell through the Service, and your compliance with any third-party rights (including those of the game's original publisher). ZenithCMS is a tool; how you operate your server is your responsibility.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe. Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or as otherwise stated at checkout) and lifetime plans are charged once. All prices are in euros (€) and exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

Subscription payments may be cancelled at any time and will stop renewing at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable. For lifetime plans, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase will be honored if the Service has not been materially used.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay, or use the Service in a way that harms us or other users.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that it will be compatible with every L2J pack or configuration.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ZenithCMS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service or by email. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
